How does the 30-day satisfaction guarantee work?
Your product is eligible for return for any reason within 30 days. Email help@stgermain.co with your order number before sending anything back. We’ll provide the return instructions and the appropriate warehouse address.
What are the return conditions and shipping costs?
One product per order may be returned in used condition; the remaining products must be new and sellable. Return shipping is your responsibility. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless we made an error with your order. Orders that received free shipping may be subject to a $25 shipping fee deduction.
Returned items are inspected before a refund is approved. Refund processing may take five business days after the return is received, followed by your payment provider’s processing time. Refunds and exchanges are unavailable after 30 days.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Email help@stgermain.co with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us understand what happened. Our existing policy provides replacement of defective or damaged items with the same item.
Which basket or liner size should I choose?
Round baskets shape boules; oval baskets shape longer bâtards. Check the measurement photo and selected size on the product page. Replacement liners are sold separately and do not include a basket.
